Common issues include; keys, (do they work), garage door openers, (do they work), security codes, (have you provided them). If we are under contract, the pet sitter will not abandon any pets due to access issues to your home. If we have to require the services of a locksmith to gain access to your home because of a wrong key being left, or a lock malfunction because it was not checked, etc. The client will be responsible for any fees incurred by the locksmith.
